Q. When I order a beef how much actual meat will I get back?
A.

Quarter: 100 lbs.
Half: 200 lbs.
Whole: 400 lbs.

Q. Do I have to make a deposit for my beef?
A.

Yes. An initial, non-refundable deposit must be made:

Quarter: $100
Half: $200
Whole: $400

Q. What about food safety?
A. We use the University of Georgia and their state-of-the-art facility, which is USDA inspected.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Due to the complexities of shipping requirements for foods, we fulfill orders for pickup only.
Q. Anything else I should know?
A.
  • We age our beef for 21 days, cut it to retail size, vacuum package it and blast freeze it.
  • A quarter of beef is 25% of all wholesale cuts and hamburger in the carcass.
  • Your beef package includes retail-sized cuts and a ratio of 30% steak or roast and 70% ground beef.
  • We offer a 80/20 and a 70/30 on ground beef.
